If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am more than glad to help. 

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the item you purchased is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to be accompanied with receipt or proof of purchase. You will have 14 calendar days to return the item from the day that you have received it.  

 

Refunds

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. (Due to the nature of the garments, I will issue refunds or exchanges at my own discretion).

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Your payment will be issued within 10-15 business days in the form in which it was received.

Custom orders

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
